This bootcamp-style workshop teaches participants best practices for both synchronous and asynchronous learning and provides active, practical experiences to achieve core instructional design competencies, as well as theory—the "why" behind the action.
Through hands-on activities, interactive assignments, projects, and expert coaching and feedback, participants create learning artifacts that can be added to an instructional design portfolio. Upon completion, participants receive an MCC digital badge as evidence of their skill.
Individuals who aspire to or currently work in education including: instructors, trainers, human resource professionals, K-12 teachers and organizational development practitioners.
Eight-week course -- self-paced and live online courses.

Eligible participants must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
