This Academy is a part-time professional learning program where participants learn the core methodologies of Lean Six Sigma processes designed to improve efficiency, eliminate waste, mitigate quality issues, and improve working conditions to provide a better response to customers’ needs. The courses emphasize interactive simulations, small group interaction and comprehensive real-world projects. Upon completion of the capstone for each belt level, participants can earn a MCC Lean Six Sigma Certificate and an American Society of Quality (ASQ®) certification, recognized and desired in business and industry.
Professionals in any job function working for industries with efficiency problems to be solved, these can include but are not limited to: manufacturing, biotechnology and chemicals, energy, financial services, government, education, nonprofits, healthcare, architecture, construction and engineering, technology hospitality, supply chain and logistics, defense, mining, professional services, retail, telecommunications and transportation.
Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Plus - entry level belt for any professional, five-week, live online.
Excel for Six Sigma - four-hour course focused on advanced features of Excel for Six Sigma applications.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Plus - following Yellow Belt completion, for professionals with a minimum of two years working on quality improvement projects. Ten weeks, live online plus self-directed study.
